Shipping

All orders will be shipped in protecive packaging depending on the product so that you receive your purchase in great condition.
I ship all items as soon as payment has been received.
Orders are sent Airmail with no tracking, or first class if in the UK, please contact me if you would like to upgrade your shipping.
If your item is not received and you did not pay for a tracked service, I will not refund the money for the item.
I will try to make another one but all customers will be liable to pay a minimum of 50% of the item cost and additional tracked postage to ensure the replacement item is not lost.
As all items are sent from Scotland, all customs and duties due are payable by the buyer.

Refunds

Refunds are not accepted for hygiene reasons as I cannot sell them on.
Please contact me if your item is damaged, however you will have to pay for return shipping to have the item repaired.
